Day 34 A to Zen Yoga Challenge #Garbhasana #fetuspose #balancingpose this took time to get into and I tried my best to slowly ease into it. I have a terrible habit of rushing through things. I rushing my own poses, (sometimes at the expense of alignment 😅) or I rush my sequences for the end result. Good news is there is no definitive destination to yoga, no catch just constant progress and room for improvement. Yoga just is. There comes a point when a pose just clicks, and you get it. It all makes sense. Don't forget your personal journey that got you to this point, a posture or particular flexibility goal, otherwise yoga becomes transactional, and yoga begins to lose its meaning.
