SPLITSMAS DAY 7! 🎄 Here are some more good hip opener excercises. Sit in a straddle and see how close you can get your chest to the floor, walk your hands accross the floor to touch your toes and back to the other side. If you can, pulse both legs in the air, start of with 3-5 and increase to 5-10 when you feel comfortable, I find this realy warms up my hip flexers so I can get in to a deeper stretch. Don't overdo this though as you can easily tear your hip flexers, this happened to me a few times when I was training as a cheerleader so it's important not to push yourself too much on these! 🙏🏻
